The Founder and President, Cheryl Blocker-Cappelletti MSN, RN CCM, has been a registered nurse for more than 24 years. Cheryl has nursing experience in Pediatrics, Neonatal intensive care, Nursing Education, Case Management, Hospice and Home care Case Management, Community Health Nursing, and Gerontology. She has over ten years of case management and leadership experience with the developmentally disabled, medically complex, and lead-burdened populations. Cheryl has always been an advocate for the underserved and most vulnerable among us. Cheryl is very ethical and compassionate. In addition to her case management expertise, Cheryl has years of leadership experience as well as years of experience as a nurse educator.
