Mission Statement
TML Case Management Concierge Services Plus provides case management/care coordination for clients with complex health conditions and for clients requiring general case management services. In addition, the "plus" segment of the business focuses on educating healthcare providers and the community at large on relevant and requested topics and teaching the Home Health Aide Certification Course for home healthcare agencies.
